If a recruiter cancels a subscription, you can set it to Expired / Inactive and keep all its information.
Follow these steps:
- Navigate to the booked subscriptions page (Path: Administration -> Jobiqo -> Booked subscriptions)
- Search for the subscription you would like to edit with the available filters (e.g. by user or or subscription name). Use chronological order or start/expiration range to filter the results
- Select “edit” at the very right of the desired subscription
- Set the status at the top to “Expired (Inactive)”
This makes the subscription unavailable for the recruiter and only visible for admins in the backend. The status and therefore the availability can be set to active again. You may want to re-check and change the parameters (e.g. renewal interval) of the subscription before activating. It’s also possible to delete the subscription at the buttom but this removes the mentioned advantages of setting to inactive - which is why we don’t recommended deleting a subscription - Save your changes
