If the subscription feature is enabled, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the booked subscriptions page (Path: Administration -> Jobiqo -> Booked subscriptions)
- Search for the subscription you would like to edit with the available filters (e.g. by user or or subscription name). The subscription may also be found by searching chronological or by start/expiration ranges
- Select “edit” at the very right of the desired subscription
- You can edit the following fields:

- The displayed name of the subscription
- Status:
- “Running out” if no renewal
- “Automatic renewal” if renewal is included
- “Expired (inactive)” deactivates the subscription
- Interval: Duration between start and end of one interval (e.g. 30 or 365)
- Start and end date if first interval after changing (subscription start and expiration/renewal)
- The subscription order of the recruiter
→ This assigns the order to the subscription - Subscription type
- Subscription owner: the username of the recruiter
→ This assigns the subscription to the recruiter

- Finish the process by saving the changes
