Please consider whether you want to delete a user account, it’s content or both. This action cannot be undone and should be used with caution. Note that existing links to the deleted content or user will have an 404 error when trying to access after deletion.
You may want to consider disabling the account or unpublishing the content instead in order to avoid 404s. Please find more information and how to delete / unpublish users or content below:
- Go to “Users” (Path: “Management” > “Users”)
- Find the user you want to delete
- Click on “Edit".
- Scroll down and click on "Cancel account".
- Following options are available:

- Disable the account and keep its content.
- Disable the account and unpublish its content
- Delete the account and make its content belong to the Anonymous user. This action cannot be undone
- Delete the account, its content.
- Please mind that if a user account is deleted and then needs to be added again, a brand new user must be created.

- Confirm the cancellation by clicking "Cancel account".
