You can find the users section in the admin’s main menu under “Users”
There, every registered user on the job board can be found, including applicants, recruiters, content admins and administrators (Jobiqo).
The amount of users can be seen at the top, beneath the “Add user” button. This number shows the currently selected users with the applied filters. If no filter is applied, it displays the number of all users in the job board.
Users can be searched for with their username and/or the email. Note that for recruiters, the username doesn’t have to be the same as the company name. The difference can be seen in the “Companies” main menu section.
Users can be active or blocked (or enabled / disabled), which is also a filter option. Users can be set to active or blocked when clicking “edit” in the very right of the row of the desired user.
You may also apply bulk operations by selecting the checkbox on the left of all desired users, then selecting the desired operation in the operations dropdown menu and finally, clicking ''execute''.
