The credit management area displays every job- and resume credit and their logs on your job board. The following tabs can be viewed in this area:
- Credit balance:
- Job- and resume credit of every user
- For the same recruiter, there is a row for each credit type
- Flatrate- and non-recruiter credits can’t be edited
- Admins don’t need credits to create content
- Active credits:
- Displays every content a credit was used for (job or resume_contact)
- Credit title (job title), type, author, status, expiry date and ability to edit the credit
- User balance log
- This shows all credit balance updates of all users
Note that every entry is only valid until it’s next change. Have a look at the date of the log entry or filter by username in order to have an overview of the updates. - After an credit update (e.g. a job was created or an admin added credits) the new balance is the updated (current at that date) balance and the old balance is how many credits the user had before
- The acting user column represents the user who updated the credit of the user column, which action they took and which credit type was used (job or resume_contact)
- Publishing log
- This tab gives an overview newly created content
- This includes:
I) The filters (e.g. order ID, invoice nr., user, status) allow you to search for specific orders.
II) Information like the order item, total, order status, creation- and invoiced date can be directly viewed in the table.
