The users area displays every user your job board has registered. This included applicants, recruiters, content administrators (your users) and administrators (Jobiqo users).
The filters (e.g. user, email address, role) allow you to search for specific users. Information such as the email address, the status and the duration of their membership can be directly viewed in the table.
Other options:
- Download a list of users
- Select the filters for the user(s) you want to download and click enter or “Filter users”
- Scroll down to the very bottom of the displayed users. At the left, you will find a red “XLS” button. Click on it to download the selected users and their information in a .xls file format which can be parsed to other systems.
- Add a user
- Execute bulk operations (click the checkbox left to “User” at the top of the table to select every user displayed)
- Block users
- Delete users
Note: We recommend to just block selected users in order to avoid 404s - Edit an existing user:
- Username
- Password
- Status (blocked / active)
- Role (recruiter / applicant / content admin)
- Select user as flat rate client (bypassing any billing process)
- Add redirects to this user
- Create your own recruiter and applicant accounts for testing purposes
