- Log in as a content admin
- Go to ‘Companies’ and click on the user for which you want to post a job.
- Scroll down to the ‘Admin links’ section of the user’s profile.
- Choose the publishing option: "Add job via template", "Add job via file" or "Add job via link":
- "Via template" means that you get a form in which you can fill in the data of the job manually.
- If you choose the "via file" option you can upload a file (pdf, jpg, jpeg, png), which will be integrated into the job board via iFrame
- The "via link" option lets you provide a link to an external job description which will be integrated into the job board via iFrame
- Insert a job description:
- No matter which options you will choose you are asked to fill in mandatory data about the job.
- Note: Under "Job Schedule" you can schedule the job posting for a future date.
- Important: Under “Application workflows” you can choose whether you want to use the built-in or the company’s own application system. If you choose the company’s own application system you need to provide a website link to which the applicant is redirected to complete their application.
- Add upgrades:
On the next site, you can select optional upgrades to boost your job's performance. - Checkout:
On the last step you are asked to fill in the billing details. - If you have multiple billing addresses already saved, you can select from previously saved addresses in the address book.
- Depending on the billing information you insert, the VAT value may be updated accordingly (e.g. when posting a job on a job board from a country in the EU you may want to add the VAT ID.
- Make sure to complete the order by submitting your payment information.
- The job will be posted automatically.
- You will receive an order confirmation (unless the job board disabled the order confirmation emails). Note that the invoice is not automatically generated by the system, but will be sent later by the accounting team.
Note: If your company profile contains a header image, an image or video gallery, then this content will be shown on jobs with the type "Job per Template".
