What can I see in the backend about a job?

When you enter a job, you will see a menu with following options:

View

The “View” button opens a new tab and leads you to the frontend and shows you how the job is displayed from the applicant’s perspective.

Edit

The “Edit” view directs to the job editor for the backend. You can find more editing options than the frontend view offers. Most prominently, content administrators can also carry out the following operations:

  • Assign or edit associated upgrades to the job
  • Change the workflow state 
  • Adapt the publishing date or expiration date
  • Change the author of the job 

Revisions

There you can see an overview of all the edits / changes that have been made to the particular job, as well as their author. The updated versions can be compared (via ‘Compare’ button) or restored.

Credits Log

This tab gives you information about the publishing state of the job.

Job applications

There, you will be redirected to the page with all the applications for the job. Additionally, you can see both shortlisted and rejected applications in the menu above.
