A variety of emails are sent out via the job board. While our email sending service is very reliable, it can happen that every now and then an email is not received properly.
Please mind: the email sending service can by default only be managed by Jobiqo admins.
- Ask the user to check their spam folder to ensure that the email did not end up there
- If the email is not in the spam folder, please contact us with the following information:
- Email address of the user that did not receive the email
- Date when the email was triggered (e.g. date of registration)
- Type of email that should have been triggered (e.g. confirmation of registration)
