Status	Description	Eligible to apply to jobs (internal ATS)
Unverified	The applicant has not verified their email address yet. In this state, applicants cannot submit applications for jobs with an internal ATS. Note: You can also carry out user verifications in the backend. Find more information in our article "How can I verify a user?".	No
Incomplete	If a CV obtains the status ''incomplete'', the email address has to be verified before applying to jobs via internal ATS. Basic information (mandatory fields such as “Personal Information” and “Job Preferences”) is not filled out yet. In this state, applicants cannot submit applications for jobs with internal ATS.	No
Visible	The CV is visible to recruiters, provided that the CV search feature is enabled on the job board. In order for a CV to obtain the status “visible”, following requirements need to be fulfilled: The email address must be verified General profile information must be filled out.	Yes
Hidden	The CV is not visible to recruiters. Only recruiters that receive applications from the applicant can view the CV. In order for a CV to obtain the state “hidden”, one or more of the following conditions need to be fulfilled: The email address must be verified Basic information must be filled out The profile was hidden intentionally by the applicant	Yes
