Subscriptions offer our clients flat rate products and/or provide them with attractive employer branding possibilities.
Subscriptions are time based and have a start and an end date granting the user certain functionalities during that time period.
Below find a overview which subscriptions can be set up out of the box:
Job Flatrate
- A job flatrate subscription allows the organisation to post jobs for free until the expiration date of the subscription
- Upgrades can't be used for free, but need to be purchased separately
Promoted company profile
Allows the company profile to be “featured” on the frontpage.
While this view shows three companies at a time, there is no limitation how many company profiles can be featured. The profiles rotate after a given time, e.g. 30 minutes.
With the [Premium Profiles] customization, we recommend the following structure:
Basic Profile:
- Company Name
- Logo + header
- About Section
- General information
- Address information
- Benefits
- Company profile statistics
- Jobs online
- Contact person
Premium Profile (additional fields to the basic profile):
Please note that in case a company does not fill out one part of the profile, this will be not displayed to the users.

- Company location (interactive google maps)
Workflow
- In the backend, as an admin, you can add new products in the products page. Path: Administration -> Jobiqo -> Shop -> Select the “Products” tab. Here you can click “Add product” -> “Create product” to create a new product which can later be selected in the backend by an admin when crearting an order

- If a recruiter has ordered a subscription, you need to assign the order to the subscription, see our article “A recruiter booked a subscription, how can I assign the subscription to the organisation?”
- At the moment not eligible for recruiter self-service. The recruiter can contact you to get further information and book the subscription.
