Create a new message
To keep the messages structured, please create a new message for each request. To open a new message, please follow the instructions below:
- Log in to Teamwork
- Go to the “Messages” tab
- Click the button to add a new message.
- Add a concise title.
- Add a detailed description of your question, problem or request.

Answer a message
Whenever we write a new message or answer to an existing one, you are also notified via email.
You can either answer in your browser (which is our recommendation), or directly answer via your email inbox.
Share a file
The best way to share a file is to upload an attachment in a message.
If you do not want to open another message, you can also directly upload a document in the tab “File”. Please make sure to notify your point of contact if you choose this way of sharing a file.
