What is an importer and how can I use it?
XML feeds allow to import jobs in bulk from external sites, and can be hosted by either recruiters or backfill providers. If you decide to go with an importer, an XML feed should be set up according to our structural requirements. Once the XML feed is ready and aligns with our requirements, we are happy to set up an importer for you (setup costs per importer occur).
Depending on the available fields and your requirements, we can connect the jobs to a certain company profile and set up jobs via a certain job type (i.e. template or link). Additionally and if needed, we can prevent jobs from being auto-published, and instead implement a “Needs Review” workflow.
All importers that have been set up for your job board can be found under the backend view “Feeds” (Path: “Content” > “Importer”). When opening the importer you can see information like when a job was created, last updated, its status and its views.

If the taxonomy terms in the feed differ from the site's taxonomy, you can simply add the feed's wording to the field “Import Mapping” of the taxonomy term.
